Our solution supports operational planning by leveraging a cost accounting model to calculate burden rates to apply to direct project expenses.  This provides visibility into project profitability using the mix of direct and indirect expenses for the plan or forecast.  This provides an effective method to manage and stay on top of absorption, as well as align indirect spending to current revenue projections throughout the year.
