Carl brings extensive industry experience, having held several key leadership roles throughout his career. He was the managing partner and co-founder of MarketSphere Consulting, one of the largest firms specializing in Corporate Performance Management. Prior to founding MarketSphere, Carl served as a Partner in the Enterprise Performance Management practice at Arthur Andersen and held senior finance executive positions at both Motorola and Wyeth.

Damon Mittleider has played a key role at Black Diamond Advisory since its inception. As the Chief Product Officer, Damon has been integral in shaping the development of our growing portfolio of PartnerPlace solutions. His areas of expertise encompass a wide range, including OneStream, Hyperion, Micro Strategies, Oracle Business Intelligence, and much more. Kevin Moody collaborates with clients to facilitate the digital transformation of their finance function and enhance their investment in OneStream. In his role as Managing Partner at Black Diamond Advisory, he focuses on assisting CFOs and Finance leaders in modernizing their organization by implementing contemporary systems and processes. This enables them to streamline their close and reporting cycle, as well as their planning and budgeting activities, while also gaining valuable insights through improved data and analytics.

Luke Slevin serves as Vice President of Operations at Black Diamond Advisory, where he drives the alignment of delivery operations and revenue operations to enable firm-wide execution and client success.  

With a strong background in professional services, Luke builds scalable frameworks that empower teams, ensure operational excellence, and support the successful execution of financial transformation initiatives. As the VP of Delivery, Carl is responsible for the overall delivery quality of the BDA implementations.
